Albert Lea Housing Market Update

Here is a look at how the housing market played out for the Albert Lea community this past month. In 17 single-family residential homes were sold with an average SOLD price of $87,841. Here is your latest Owatonna housing market update!During the month of April, 23 single-family residential homes were sold with an average SOLD price of $157,879 and the average days on market for those closed properties were 68 days.  April brought 43 new homes to the market with an average list price of $190,527.
