We saw a number of positive changes take place during 2012.  I like to look at the statistics as a measurement of the progress we've made - and there certainly was a lot of progress to report.  The average sale price of all the homes sold in Owatonna rose from $123,101 in 2011 to $141,776 in 2012.  The number of homes sold in 2012 was 314, up from 279 in 2011.  The number of days on the market for the homes that sold had dropped from 124 in 2011 to 109 in 2012.  (according to the SEMAR mls ... read more
