Spring Makes an Early Arrival!

Wow!  This early Spring weather is absolutely wonderful. The mild winter was definitely a factor in the improved activity that we had seen in our local real estate market.  We saw quite an uptick in the January activity which resulted in more March sales.  2012 is off to a good start - better than we've seen in the last couple of years.
